Step 1: Email [email protected] and request your password to be reset
Step 2: You will receive an email from SmartUi Support with Instructions on how to reset your password. Please follow the instructions and change your password via the link in the email.
Step 3: Update your password in the desktop software:
Open the verification station software:
PRESS “CONNECTION SETTINGS”
- Insert your username and password as set up on the web interface
- Press “Test Connection”
- You will get a notification saying “test connection succeeded”
- Press "ok"
- Press
- OK
- OK
- OK
- You will arrive at the following screen, and the setup is complete
