Installation Instructions

*Important Note: 

You may need permission from your IT department to install this application, please ensure you check with the IT team if permission is required to install this application.

Step-by-Step Video Instructions


Make sure your video settings are set on the highest quality so the video image is clear. (In full-screen mode the video quality settings cog is located at the bottom right of the video when playing)

Step-by-step Instruction Guide

  1. Download and Save the installation files on your computer



  2. Once downloaded, go to the folder containing the zip file 
    1. Right Click on the file and select "Extract All" 
    2. Once Prompted Press "Extract" to unzip the file 
  3. Wait until the Unzipping Process is complete
  4.  Open the Extracted folder -> open "Stations x64" Folder -> the run(double click) "Verification Station x64.exe"

    2. The upgrade will now begin
  5. The system will detect the previous version of the software. When you see the below message Press "Ok"

  6. "Accept" the terms & Press "Next"

Insert Username and Company (Note it does not matter if these details are incorrect)

        7. Press "Next"


8. Press "Install"



9. Wait for the install to finish



9. Once the installation is complete the program will be available from the Start Menu:

  1. Go to the Windows Start menu
  2. "ABBYY FlexiCapture 12" folder
  3. Click "Verification station" to launch the program


  • Press 
    1. OK
    2. OK
    3. OK
  • You will arrive at the following screen, and the setup is complete





Installation complete - You can now use the system.

Login Troubleshooting Steps Below


If login via the above steps fails you may need to re-enter your credentials

Please try the following:


If your system information is missing please Insert the following information


PRESS “CONNECTION SETTINGS”



  • Insert your username and password as set up on the web interface
  • Press “Test Connection”
  • You will get a notification saying “test connection succeeded”
  • Press "ok"
  • Press 
    1. OK
    2. OK
    3. OK
  • You will arrive at the following screen, and the setup is complete
