Verification Station - Layout Introduction

The verification interface consists of 3 areas.

  • Data verification - This section shows the fields captured from the image and matching details from the backend database.
  • Document image - This section shows the document image for reference and capturing data fields from it. The image window can be released and moved to another screen, if applicable.
  • Error Notification area – This section allows the operator to view all the notifications, warnings, and brief instructions on what should be done.

Note: The separator between the image and data form can be moved, and the layout and position of the areas above can be changed at your discretion using the “View” menu -> Document Editor. 


To place the image window on the second screen, select View menu -> Document Editor -> Image Window -> Unlocked and drag and drop the image window to another screen.

Column names in the document list view can be customized based on the available options. Each operator can customize its own column sets for the verification station.
