Unit Price and Tax not calculated correctly

Symptoms:

• Line Item Unit Price incorrect
• Line Item Tax Calculated Incorrect

Possible Causes:

• Total Excluding GST (Total Ex) may have been changed.
• Total Including GST (Total Inc) may have been changed

Resolution:

1. Click on Unit Price, and press "Ctrl A" to select the whole text

2. Press delete to clear the text, and right click and select Copy Value to All Rows

3. Once you have done this, system will then re-calculate the Unit Price based on the formula Total Ex/Quantity.

4. You can then do the same for the Tax as well, and the tax would be recalculated as well.
