Adding Alternative Company Names

Symptoms: Business Unit not recognized correctly.

Resolution: Add Alternative Names under the Street for the Entity (Company)

1) Click Find under "Entity"

2) Enter the Correct Company Name and select the right record

3) Click Edit Record to Edit the details of the Business Unit/Entity/Company

4) Under Edit Record > click on the + sign to add an Alternative Street.

5) You may use the Magnifying glass to extract the Name directly from the document.

6) Once you are done, you can click OK to save the details.

7) Once the Business Unit is updated and selected, remember to press the Save Button to save the changes back to the Database.
