Symptoms

Behavior: SmartUi unable to recognize Company or Incorrectly recognize Company



Suggested Resolution


Root Cause: Company Names cannot be found in the reference data or does not match.

 

Steps to Rectify:


1. Click on Find Entity


2. Enter the company to update, and click on "Edit Record"


3. Click on the "Plus" icon next to the Street to enter alternative entity name there.

4. Alternatively you can also use the magnifying glass to select text on the image as well.
