Deleting Training Line Items

STEP 1:*IMPORTANT*  Delete incorrectly extracted lines first before re-extracting the lines BY SELECTING THE PURPLE BOX AND PRESSING THE RED "X"

Training Line Items - Exclude GST

Example 1: Line Items - Extraction Training Example (Excluding GST)

Firstly, focus on extracting only the "Quantity", "Total Excluding GST" and GST fields; Total INC,and UNIT Price will be calculated automatically.  

Note: on invoices not containing GST on the lines the GST will be calculated automatically

Secondly, never train the system to extract Unit Price – Unit Price extraction can lead to calculation issues when a unit of measure is present on some invoices. You are better off without it. 

Thirdly, if there’s GST indicated on the line item remember to extract it (although most invoices don't have this GST present on the lines). 

Lastly ,if there's a valid Purchase Order number extracted make sure you remove it before training lines then re-add it afterwards as PO auto-line matching may interfere while you train.

NEVER MANUALY KEY VALUES IF THEY ARE PRESENT ON THE INVOICE LINES THIS WILL BREAK THE TRAINING.
