Summary:
Instruction to clear existing line items, add a new line, and train the system to recognize specific fields and totals, ensuring the line totals match the "Current Period Total." If lines are similar, use the "Copy Line Items to all rows" feature for efficiency.
- Clear the Lines, but right click onto the side and select “Delete All Instances”
- Once I have done that, you can then create 1 line by clicking on Add “Line Items” item button.
- Train the system to read the contents of the first line (Line #, Description, Schedule Value, Current Period, Storage) by selecting the field, and drawing the region on the image.
- Once you have done for the first line, right click on any of the region that you have trained and select “Continue Line Items”
Note: This may take some time if there is a lot of line items.
- You may need to re-draw some of the gridlines and then select “Re-analyze Item Below”).
- Also do take note that you should train the system to read the “Current Period Total” at the bottom of the footer as well, by selecting the header field and the region on the image.
- Ensure there is no error on the “Current Period Total” as this would help you to determine whether the Line Total tallies with the “Current Period Total”
- Match the SC Lines by clicking on the “…” on the SC Line column under Line items.
- You can then use the “Copy Lines Items to all rows” if it is matched to the similar line.
