Document License Count Terms and Conditions

Determining the Document Count:

• The document count is based on the number of documents read by SmartUI.

Page Count Assumption:

• We assume each invoice has a maximum of 3 pages. If an invoice has more than 3 pages, it will count as multiple invoices.

Inclusion of All Invoices:

• All invoices read by SmartUI are included in the count, even if they are duplicated or rejected.

Example:

SmartUI reads 5 documents from an email, breakdown of the following in terms of each documents being read:-

• Document 1: 2 pages 
• Document 2: 1 page 
• Document 3: 6 pages 
• Document 4: 13 pages 
• Document 5: 8 pages

SmartUI exports 4 documents for this email

Document Count Calculation:

• Documents Read: 240 documents
  • Document 1: 2 pages [Document Count = 1]
  • Document 2: 1 page [Document Count = 1]
  • Document 3: 6 pages [Document Count = 2]
  • Document 4: 13 pages [Document Count = 5]
  • Document 5: 8 pages [Document Count = 3]
• Final Document Count: 12 documents (since Document 3 – 5 exceeded the maximum of 3 pages per document)
