SmartUi unable to read content on certain pages

Symptoms

Error Message:  Incorrect page order and/or page set

Behavior: SmartUi unable to read content on certain pages. 



Suggested Resolution


Root Cause: Some pages most probably have been identified as Annex Pages for the document,

 

Steps to Rectify:

  1. Right Click on the Document and “Clear Analysis Result”

  1. Select all the pages and right click and select “Match Document Definition”

  1. Select the right document type (e.g. PayApplication)
