Troubleshooting: Capturing SmartUi Verification Application Error Logs

This article is to help user capture verification error logs at the client machine to be send to support for further investigation.




1. Open the Event Viewer from your machine

2. On the top left hand corner expand the tree Windows Logs > Application

3. On the right panel, select "Filter Current Log .. "

4. Set the filter as:- and click OK

    Logged: <Time of when the error occurred> e.g. Last 12 hours

    Event Level: Critical, Warning, Error

5. Once the logs comes up, please click on the right panel "Save Filtered Log File As" and save it to a evtx file and you can send the file to us. If it is too big, you can zip it as well.
