How to Filter Batches in the Verification Queue

Problem: Too many batches in my queue, unable to find what i am looking for

Resolution: Set Filter in your queue.


1) Press "Set Filter"

2) Enter the Parameter to filter (e.g. Mailbox)

3) Enter the Value you wish to filter (e.g. 01)

4) Click OK to apply the filter.

Result:

Only items which has that parameter will be shown. This filter will also be applied across all Queues, including Exceptions and Verification Statement.


Note: SmartUi Verification will remember your filter, and you would need to clear the queue to remove it so you can see all batches again.
