Below are the steps on how to unlock SmartUi's Premier API account.
1. Log in to the Premier Portal\
2. Go to API User Management. You can type-in "api" in the search menu and select "System Admin-API User Management".
3. Select SmartUi's API Account and uncheck "Is Locked".
4. Click Save Changes button.
