How to add new Pre-Defined Reject Messages

Problem: How to add pre-defined reject Message in the Reject Messages Dropdown.

Solution

1. Click on the “…” button next to the Reject Message, then click on Add Record

2. Add the custom message , and click OK to save the new pre-defined message.

3. New Pre-defined message available to be selected in future.
